8. SHIPPING POLICY

Home delivery is available for shipments to countries enabled on the website as shipping destinations. Once the Order is confirmed, it will be prepared and handed over to the carrier.

Unless PLETO indicates otherwise, the shipment of the Order may be subject to certain costs, which are the responsibility of the Customer. PLETO will inform the Customer of the shipping costs or any additional fees applicable in each case prior to the payment of the Order.

PLETO commits to making every possible effort to deliver the purchased Products without delay. To this end, PLETO works with reputable courier companies; however, PLETO is not responsible for any delivery delays that may occur, nor for the courier companies' compliance with the estimated delivery times they provide to the Customer.

It is the Customer's responsibility to provide the correct information for the delivery of the Products. In the event that the delivery details are incorrect or incomplete, PLETO reserves the right to pass on to the Customer the costs associated with the reshipment.

Upon delivery, the ownership and risk of the Product shall pass to the Customer.

9. RETURN AND WITHDRAWAL POLICY

The Customer shall have the right to withdraw from their order within a period of fourteen (14) calendar days from its receipt, without the need to provide a reason and without incurring any cost, except for those stipulated in articles 107.2 and 108 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users (LGDCU).

During this period, the Customer must notify PLETO of their decision to withdraw from the contract by:

  • Completing the form at the end of this document, OR

  • Contacting via email at support@pletoscience.com and sending it to PLETO's email address.

PLETO will communicate to the Customer an acknowledgment of receipt of said withdrawal on a durable medium.

The withdrawal implies that PLETO will proceed to refund the amount already paid by the customer within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the date we receive the product in good condition, following the same payment method chosen by the Customer.

To proceed with the return of a product, it is essential that:

  • It is in perfect condition and in its corresponding original packaging.

  • It includes all its accessories.

  • It has not been used or opened.

Note on Hygiene: For health and hygiene reasons, returns of products whose boxes, containers, or vials are open and/or unsealed will not be accepted.

Once we receive your request, we will contact the transport company to provide you with the return details.

The customer will bear the return shipping costs for the goods.

The Customer shall have the right to resolve the contract in accordance with the LGDCU, specifically with the provisions set forth in Article 119 and subsequent articles of the LGDCU.
